A Case of Meigs´ Syndrome

Abstract
|

|
This paper reports a case of Meigs syndrome on a multigravida, multipara 35yars old female. On Admission, there was marked abdominal distension and right pleural effusion was noted. A huge pedunculated solid ovarian mass originating from right ovary was observed.
This mass weighed 1, 200gr; was lobulated into three parts. Pathologically a fibroma was reported.
